Medx Research Center Refund Policy

At Medx Research Center, we pride ourselves on guiding you through every phase of

manuscript preparation and publication. We commit to supporting your project until it is

successfully accepted, no matter how long it takes. To maintain complete transparency, our

refund policy is as follows:

1.Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refund

A full refund will be issued only if Medx Research Center cancels the project after initiation

due to internal factors such as:

1. Technical constraints
2. Resource limitations
3. Project infeasibility

1.2 No Refund

No refunds will be granted if the client elects to cancel the project for any reason, including but

not limited to:

1. Change of mind
2. Shifting research priorities
3. Personal circumstances

Additionally, a journal’s rejection of the manuscript does not qualify for a refund, as we remain

committed to revising and resubmitting until acceptance.

2. Project Pause or Rescheduling

Clients may request a temporary pause or reschedule services for up to 30 calendar days,

subject to Medx Research Center’s discretion and current scheduling availability.

3.Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@medxrc.com within 5 business days

of notification of project cancellation by Medx Research Center.

Please include the following in your request email:

1. Your full name and project reference number
2. Reason for cancellation
3. Date of project initiation
